Lone Star Apple operates as an Applebee’s franchise with 10 locations in El Paso, Texas and two in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Kirk Robison, who operates 51 Peter Piper Pizza locations across Texas, including 16 in El Paso, and two in Las Cruces, bought the 10 Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar locations in September of 2019.

Robison is also a partner in Boss Tenders, Dogs and Custard, an El Paso fast-food chain with ten locations.

The franchise opened its newest location in Horizon, TX in April of 2023.
